**Roadmap.** No material new development since yesterday. The Glamsterdam Sepolia activation stays penciled in for October 6, 2026, and client-team preference lists for remaining scope items are now due in two days (September 10).

**Governance.** No material new development since yesterday; EIP-8141 (Frame Transactions) remains "Scheduled for Inclusion" for Hegotá, and the EIP-8130 interoperability question is still unresolved.

**Institutional and corporate adoption.** No material new development since yesterday's Mint Incorporation (NASDAQ: MIMI) tokenization announcement; still no completion timeline, with the deal still subject to regulatory approval.

**Stats.** ETH is trading around $2,491, down roughly 0.9% on the day, giving back some of the prior session's gain. The validator set kept growing: 908,841 active validators (up from 908,538), with 42.9 million ETH staked (35.13% of supply, essentially unchanged). The entry queue eased to 1,975,361 ETH with a 34-day, 7-hour wait, while the exit queue dropped sharply to 800 ETH with a 20-minute wait (down from 6,752 ETH / 2h49m). Gas held steady around a 0.052 gwei average. DeFi TVL held roughly flat at $49.49 billion (+0.4% on the day). ETF flows: still no new daily print since the September 4 report ($25.9 million net inflow); the past week logged $218.4 million in net inflows, down 73.5% from the prior week, with cumulative net inflows since launch at roughly $13.19 billion.
