Roadmap. No new milestone since yesterday; the October 6 Glamsterdam testnet launch on Sepolia still stands as the next checkpoint, and the builder-abuse concern around cheap test-ETH ePBS auctions remains unresolved but unchanged in the last day.

Governance. Nothing new. The Ethereum Foundation's mandate-and-culture debate is still simmering in the background with no fresh developments since yesterday.

Institutional and corporate adoption. The genuine new item today: Cathie Wood's ARK Invest tokenized its roughly $1.3 billion ARK Venture Fund on Ethereum, using Securitize to handle onchain issuance and investor services. The fund — which holds stakes in OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, and Databricks — now gives investors blockchain-based representations of their fund interests rather than tokenized shares of the underlying companies. Wood framed it as ARK putting its "conviction in the evolution, if not revolution, of capital markets into practice." It's a notable data point for tokenized private-market funds choosing Ethereum as settlement layer, distinct from the treasury-buying and ETF-flow adoption stories that have dominated recent weeks. Nothing further on the Kalshi/CFTC ETH-perp review or the IBM-Swift tokenized-deposit integration since yesterday's coverage.

Stats. ETH is trading around $2,689 as of today, essentially flat versus yesterday's ~$2,690 — the market has stabilized after last week's macro-driven pullback. Spot ETH ETFs booked a $86.95M net inflow on September 25, extending the streak to a sixth consecutive day of inflows and building on the $66.01M logged September 24. DeFi TVL on Ethereum was last reported around $53.5B, broadly stable and not showing a material move since yesterday's read.
